I received the letter about a prorated refund. How was the refund calculated?

If you paid in advance for your membership, you may have received a pro-rated refund. The refund was calculated by determining a rate per month and multiplying by the number of months paid in advance beyond your paid to date. For instance, if you are paying $120 annually, had paid through 12/31/2015 and your bill suspension date was 11/5/2015, your pro-rated refund would be $10 per month multiplied by the number of months between 11/5 and 12/31. This would round up to 2 months multiplied by $10 for a prorated refund of $20.
